Mike Williams (active 1985-88) led the Huskies with 21, 11, 17 and 29 receptions in his four years at Northeastern. He also led the team in annual receiving yards (409, 267, 290 and 672). His 1,348 career yards rank 10th all-time in NU history.
In 1988, Williams had 173 receiving yards against Lehigh (tied for the sixth-most in a game in program history). He had over 100 yards in six games throughout his career. In his senior season, he was on the receiving end of nearly two-thirds of the team's pass attempts.
The Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) named Williams to the Weekly Division I-AA Honor Roll in 1985.
Williams went on to play in the NFL for six seasons.
