The Dukes (2-0-0) got second half goals from Lasse Kooko, who scored on a breakaway in the 50th minute, and Mark Totton, who scored in the 77th minute from 10 yards outside the left of the box.
The Huskies (0-2-0) will look to get their first win of the season at Parsons Field on Saturday at 6 p.m., when they face Rhode Island.
