Welcome to the Huskies Rewards App - the official student rewards and loyalty program for Northeastern Athletics! This app is your gateway to an exciting season filled with home games, exclusive rewards, and endless opportunities to show your support for the Huskies. Admission to all regular-season home games is completely free for students!
Start racking up points towards amazing prizes by attending Northeastern home events. Each event has a designated point value that you’ll earn when you check in, so the more games you attend, the more points you accumulate! Once you’ve gathered enough points, you can redeem them in our prize store, which offers a diverse selection of items like Apple Watches, Airpods, JBL speakers, digital cameras, gift cards, and more. You’ll receive a confirmation email after your purchase, complete with instructions on where to pick up your prize. Don’t forget to bring your valid NUID when collecting your rewards!
To ensure a smooth check-in process, please make sure your location services are enabled for the Huskies Rewards App. When you arrive at a game and open the app, you’ll be checked in automatically. If location services are disabled, you might have trouble checking in. Alternatively, you can navigate to the "Schedule" page within the app, select the game you want to attend, and tap “check-in now” to earn points for your presence. Keep an eye out for additional opportunities to earn points throughout the year!
For our upcoming winter home sporting events, including men’s and women’s hockey and basketball, please see the information below on how to access the games:
1. Navigate to the “Home” page of the Huskies Rewards App and select “View Card.”
2. Select “Add to Mobile Wallet.” You only need to complete this step once; the card will remain in your mobile wallet for the duration of the season.
3. Student admission to all home events is granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Doors open one (1) hour prior to game time. Tickets will no longer be claimed in advance.
4. Please have your wallet “Card” ready to be scanned upon entry. If your card is not accessible at the entrance, you will be required to move to the end of the line.
5. Students must enter the arena through the designated student entrances:
· Matthews Arena: Located in the parking lot off Gainsborough Street, under the black awning.
• Cabot Center: Located through the front doors, facing Cabot Quad and Huntington Ave.
For "high demand" events, such as the Beanpot games, priority access will be granted to students who have earned the most points at that time. Northeastern Athletics will notify students in advance about which games are classified as "high demand," and further details will be communicated via email prior to these events.
Please note that all backpacks, duffle bags and large bags are prohibited. Bags measuring 12'' x 12'' x 12'' or smaller may be permitted after a thorough search by security personnel prior to entry.
