Q: Once tickets are available, how will I access them?
A: Digital tickets will be sent to you via email or by SMS text, enabling you to load them into your digital wallet (Apple Wallet/Google Pay app) for easy access. The ticket that is emailed to you is a valid ticket. Make sure you protect it like you would any other ticket. Each ticket contains a unique code that is scanned at the event. If any copies are made of the ticket, only the first scan will be allowed entry. If a unique code has already been scanned, the attendant will be alerted, and entry will not be permitted.
Q: How do I ensure that I can access my tickets on game day via my smartphone?
A: We recommend that you add all your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay Wallet prior to game day. This will prevent you from having to deal with connectivity issues at the gate as the tickets will be stored in your digital wallet.
Q: Can I have multiple tickets on the same device?
A: Yes. You can view all of your tickets by swiping left or right on your smartphone. We highly encourage you to transfer a ticket to each member of your party to allow for the easiest entry and access throughout the venue.
Q: Can I still transfer tickets after they have been added to my wallet?
A: Yes, you can still transfer your tickets or online at nuhuskies.com. The ticket in your wallet will be voided once transferred. You will notice the "Hold Near Reader" message will no longer appear on the ticket.
Q: Can I print out the QR code and use for admission?
A: No. Digital tickets must be scanned off a smartphone for entry.
Q: What if I do not have a smartphone?
A: Call the NU Athletics Ticket Office at 617-373-6785 to make other arrangements for your tickets as soon as possible.
