The Chadds Ford, Pa. native finished the year ranked fourth in the conference in points and tied for fifth in both goals and assists. The Preseason All-CAA honoree had a career night on Sept. 7 when he registered four points (one goal, two assists) against Fairfield.
Marini finished his career on Huntington Avenue fourth on the Northeastern record list for career assists (17), ninth in career points (45) and tied for 11th in goals (14). Cox (London, England), the 2012 Co-Defensive Player of the Year, was named to the All-CAA First Team for the second straight season after anchoring the Northeastern defense that finished second in the league with a 1.01 goals against average. The tri-captain started all 18 games this year while also posting one assist.
Eckford (Bradenton, Fla.), who was named to the All-CAA Third Team last season, started 17 matches this year as part of the NU defense that held opponents to one goal or less in 13 of 18 games this year. The senior netted his first goal as a Husky, the eventual game-winner, on Sept. 24 at Holy Cross.
Moss also started all 18 games this season on the Northeastern back line, helping the Husky defense to shutout its opponent six times, which was the second most in the conference. The Nassau, Bahamas native was also a Preseason All-CAA Honorable Mention selection.
Schallmo (Norwood, Mass.) finished his rookie season sixth on the squad with three points on three assists. He played in 17 matches this season, including 15 starts and each of the last 11. Schallmo picked up his first collegiate point with an assist against Fairfield on Sept. 7.
