The redesigned portal will offer even more features designed to enrich the fan experience on the highly-popular service.
A leader in streaming live college athletics events, GoNUxstream will continue to offer viewers a high-quality full HD stream of almost every home event, with more than 140 broadcasts planned for the 2014-15 season, along with improved live stats.
The redesigned portal now will offer increased fan engagement through Twitter integration, multiple screen layouts that will allow fans to watch up to four games at one time, and a responsive design that will automatically recognize viewers' devices—computers, tablets, or phones—and deliver the highest quality stream.
Fans also will have the ability to watch Northeastern away contests hosted by Colonial Athletic Association schools on the GoNUxstream portal. The integration with
CAA.TV, through the conference's partnership with Stretch Internet, develops a consistent league-wide streaming platform.
Additional features will be added to the portal in the coming months, including in-game highlights that fans will be able to watch and share through their social media platforms.
The new platform will debut on Friday, Aug. 22, when the women's soccer team opens the fall season against UMass Lowell at 6 p.m. at Parsons Field. Watch the game live at
