BOSTON - Episode 13 of the Howlin' Huskies Podcast, hosted by Bill Spaulding and presented by Coca-Cola, features Northeastern volleyball standout Sammy Shupe. The rising senior talks about serving as the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) President and early goals of SAAC, the upcoming volleyball season, her co-op at Brigham and Women's Hospital as a Research Trainee, and things she has learned during this quarantine time about herself.
The Podcast will run every Wednesday at Noon on NUHuskies.com and social media platforms Instagram/Twitter/YouTube@GoNUAthletics. Fans will be able to gain inside access and hear from student-athletes, coaches, administrators and alums about what is happening in athletics, the future for the Huskies and what they are currently doing since graduation.
Next Wednesday's episode (July 15) will feature host Adam Gostomelsky (men's soccer/Red and Black Magazine) and guests Lauren MacInnis (women's hockey) and Grace Moore (women's soccer).
