BOSTON -- Northeastern University and the athletics department, in its continued commitment to maintaining the health and safety of the Northeastern community, announced that home athletic events will be held without spectators until further notice.
 
The decision was made out of an abundance of caution due to an increase in the number of COVID-19 cases on the Boston campus, primarily in the student population, including some cases of the Omicron variant.
 
If you have already purchased a ticket to the game, or are a season ticket holder, the Department of Athletics would like to thank you for your support and offer you the following options:
 
• Ticket refunds will be made directly to the card we have on file once the date of the game has passed 
 
• Our student-athletes work tirelessly to bring pride and passion to the Northeastern community. Even through this constant uncertainty, they continue to put forth their best efforts on behalf of the Red and Black. Northeastern University is evaluating the situation closely and will communicate when it is safe for fans to return to our arenas.
