BROOKLINE, Mass.— Freshman Zach Sauer posted two shots with one on goal to lead Northeastern (0-1, 0-0 CAA) in a 2-0 loss against UMass (1-0, 0-0 Atlantic 10) on Wednesday night at Parsons Field. 

Timothy Ennin had three shots, while Benjamin Klingen added a pair to add to Northeastern's 14 total shots. 

Chandler Cree had three saves on the night.

The Huskies will head to New Hampshire next week to play the Wildcats in another non-conference match.
