BOSTON – Senior Chloe Aurard scored her 15th goal of the season, but the No. 3 Northeastern women's ice hockey (21-4-1, 16-3-1 Hockey East) fell to Boston College (15-11-0, 12-8-0 Hockey East) 3-1 in the Beanpot semifinal round on Tuesday at Matthews Arena.

• Boston College gained a 1-0 lead in the first period, scoring at the 5:19 mark.
• The Eagles held their 1-0 lead until Aurard tied the game off an assist from junior Peyton Anderson at 12:15 in the third period. 
• Boston College responded quickly with a goal at the 10:55 mark to retake the lead at 2-1. 
• The Huskies responded by pulling goaltender Aerin Frankel but were unable to capitalize on the numbers up situation. The Eagles finished with an empty-netter goal with under 30 seconds left in the game to push the final score to 3-1. 
• Frankel finished with 22 saves.
