BOSTON – Northeastern University (19-10-1, 10-7-1 Hockey East) fell to Boston College (11-15-4, 6-10-3) by a score of 4-1 Friday evening at Matthews Arena.

- Boston College got on the board early with two quick goals in the first three minutes of play from Colby Ambrosio and Trevor Kuntar.
- The Huskies answered back 14:25 into the first period with a rocket from Matt Choupani (6) after a good cross-ice feed from Jeremie Bucheler (9), cutting the lead to one goal.
- BC responded just over a minute later with a goal by Marc McLaughlin off a rebounded shot.
- The Eagles added a power play goal in the second on a coast-to-coast goal by Marshall Warren.
- The third period saw no new goals but saw Northeastern outshoot BC 16-3, after being outshot 25-15 through the first two periods.
- Freshman netminder TJ Semptimphelter stopped 24 shots in the contest and is now 3-3-0 on the season.
