BOSTON— The Northeastern women's hockey team fell to the New Hampshire Wildcats, 2-0, on Saturday afternoon at Matthews Arena.
- New Hampshire scored the only two goals of the game in the second frame to take down the Huskies. UNH's first goal came on the power-play at the 4:56 mark and the second goal came at the 11:22 mark.
- Â Northeastern outshot New Hampshire, 30-19 and hit the pipe four times. Junior Holly Abela led all players with five shots.
- Senior netminder Paige Taborski finished with 17 saves in goal.
Northeastern will next travel to face No. 10 Connecticut on Friday, Nov. 8 at 6 p.m. NU will then host Connecticut for its Homecoming and Military Appreciation game on Saturday, Nov. 9 at 1:30 p.m. in Matthews Arena.
