AMESBURY, Mass. — Ahead of the Beanpot championship game, junior
Justin Hryckowian has been named Co-Hockey East Player of the Week.

Hryckowian recorded a three-point night en route to defeating Harvard University in overtime, 3-2, in the Beanpot semifinals. The Huskies' captain netted the game-tying tally and collected two assists, playing a role in every goal for Northeastern. Â

Additionally, Hryckowian finished with three shots, three blocks and a plus-three rating. He also went nine-of-16 in the faceoff circle.

The Quebec native has recorded back-to-back three-point games and has tallied nine points, from three goals and six assists, in five consecutive games.
