BOSTON, Mass. — Following a tough battle from behind, the #RV/20 Northeastern men's hockey team fell, 4-2, to No. 2 Boston University in the Hockey East Quarterfinals on Saturday evening.

• After a scoreless first period, the Terriers would go on to tally three unanswered goals to start the middle frame.
• Before the intermission, Northeastern found their way on the board to cut the deficit to two goals. With great awareness, freshman Dylan Hryckowian connected with his brother, Justin Hryckowian, for a wide open bury and his 100^th career point. Senior Alex Campbell tallied the secondary assist.
• The third period saw a lot of action across ice until just under five minutes left when the Huskies came back within one goal. With his second goal of the night, Justin Hryckowian deflected the puck off the back of the BU netminder with the assists credited to Campbell and Dylan Hryckowian, all recording their second points of the night. With the assist, Dylan picked up his 27^th of the season, passing assistant coach Jason Guerriero for most helpers by a freshman since 2001-02.
• Less than 30 seconds later, BU would tack on their fourth and final goal of the game.
• Freshman goaltender Cameron Whitehead finished the night with 28 saves in 58 minutes of action.
• Sophomore Hunter McDonald led both teams with five blocks, while Justin Hryckowian led both teams with 12 faceoff wins.
