BROOKLINE, Mass.— Junior goalkeeper Eliza Teplow posted a nine-save shutout to guide the Northeastern women's soccer team to a 1-0 victory over the Stony Brook Seawolves on Sunday afternoon at Parsons Field.

• Freshman Nicole Bartlett tallied her first career goal to put the Huskies up 1-0 in the 29th minute. Bartlett's eventual game-winner was scored off a cross from senior Sabrina Araujo-Elorza to give NU an early lead. Araujo-Elorza's assist marked her first collegiate point.
• Teplow and the Huskies fended off several late pushes from Stony Brook to take home the eventual 1-0 victory. Teplow has posted a career-high nine saves in back-to-back games.
• This victory is NU's first CAA win and second shutout of the season. 

The Huskies will next hit the road to face William & Mary on Thursday, Oct. 16 at 7 p.m.
