STONY BROOK, N.Y. -- In their regular season finale, the Northeastern Huskies (4-7-4, 2-5-1 CAA) fell to the Stony Brook Seawolves (7-4-5, 4-3-1 CAA) by a score of 3-0 on Saturday afternoon at LaValle Stadium.

- A scoreless first half saw Northeastern lead in overall shots, 3-1, but Stony Brook's lone shot was the only shot on goal in the contest for either team.
- Stony Brook broke the stalemate in the 54th minute on a crowded corner kick that resulted in a header for the 1-0 lead.
- After a red card, a penalty shot was awarded to the Seawolves, but Tobias Jahn stood tall and kept the game at a one-goal deficit for the Huskies.
- Despite Northeastern having more offensive chances on corners in the second half than the Seawolves, Stony Brook was able to hold off the Northeastern attack and tally a pair of goals in the 80th and 87th minutes to put the game away.
