OTTAWA— Northeastern women's hockey alumna
Skylar Irving was selected in the third round of the 2025 PWHL Draft by the Montréal Victoire on Tuesday evening.

Irving was selected 20th overall and was the first player from a Hockey East school taken in the draft. She is the 11th Husky in program history to be drafted in the PWHL.

The Kingston, Massachusetts native wrapped up her career as a Husky with 99 points in 152 games played. The 2024 Beanpot MVP, Irving was a two-time Hockey East All-Star and led Northeastern in points and assists for the 2023-24 and 2024-25 seasons.

Irving joins fellow Husky alumnae Maureen Murphy and Hayley Scamurra on the Montréal Victoire.
