LOUDONVILLE, N.Y. - Northeastern men's soccer faced off against the Siena Saints on Monday, drawing a 3-3 tie and moving to 2-1-1 on the season. 

• The Huskies started the goal scoring in the 19th minute thanks to freshman Kortay Koç, capitalizing on a penalty kick to take an early 1-0 lead. Siena would respond and score two goals off corner kicks in the 45th minute of the first half, taking a quick 2-1 lead. 

• Koç would find the back of the net again in the 51st minute with a walk-in shot from above the box, tying the game 2-2. Junior Bryce Flowers scored off a pass from freshmen Tate Duax in the 66th minute to put the Huskies up 3-2. Siena would later score in the 77th minute to tie the game at three. 

• This marks Koç's third and fourth goal of the season and his second two-goal game. Flowers goal was his second of the season. 

The Huskies return to action on Sunday, Sept. 6, at 6 p.m. for the student home opener against Stony Brook to begin conference play.
