Before NU: Drafted in the third round (86th overall) by the Montral Canadiens in 2008...played for the Sioux City Musketeers in the U.S. Hockey League alongside current freshman Alex Tuckerman in 2007-08...tied for the team lead with 49 points (19-30-49) in 60 regular-season games...plus-16 on the season...had a goal and two assists in four playoff games...named to the USHL All-Rookie team and Musketeers MVP and Rookie of the Year...played in the USHL All-Star game...played for the Rocky Mountain Wranglers, one of the top AAA programs in the nation, in 2006-07...prior to that, played for the Colorado Outlaws.
