2011: Sat 4 seat at Eastern Sprints Varsity 8+; 3 seat at IRA Championships Varsity 4+

2010: Stroked freshman 8+ at the IRA Championships

Before NU: Erik arrived at Northeastern after four years of high school rowing, one of which he was captain of his team. He began his rowing career as a freshman with Sarasota Crew in Sarasota, Fla. There he had an undefeated sophomore year in the Junior Varsity 8+. Before his junior year he moved to Connecticut and started training with GMS Rowing Center. There after a successful racing season he helped the team take a second place at Northeast Regional Championships. His successes continued into his senior year in the Men's Junior 2x, where he and his racing partner qualified for the National Championships for a second consecutive year. 

Personal: When not rowing, Erik enjoys running, biking, and wakeboarding, and is studying sociology with a minor in business administration.
