2012-13
OUTDOOR
• Finished 10th overall in the 5000-meter run (14:00.80) at the NCAA Championships in Eugene, Ore.
• Took first in his heat, and second overall, in the 5000-meter run (14:05.25) at the NCAA East Preliminary Round (May 25) to reach the NCAA Championship.
• Finished first in the 5000-meter run (14:23.40) at the New England Championship (May 9-11).
• Set a facility record with a first place finish in the 1500-meter run (3:47.33) at the CAA Championship (May 3-4). Also took first in the 800-meter run with a personal best time of 1:52.06 to qualify for the New England and IC4A Championships.
• Broke the school record and qualified for the IC4A and New England Championships with a seventh place finish in the 5000-meter run (13:18.57) at the Payton Jordan Invitational (Apr. 28). It is the second fastest collegiate time in the nation this season, the 10th fastest collegiate time ever and fourth fastest collegiate time for an American ever.
• Qualified for the IC4A and New England Championships with a first place finish in the 1500-meter run (3:45.44) at the Colonial Relays (Apr. 5), a new personal best.

INDOOR
• Competed at the NCAA Indoor Championships in the 3000-meter run in Fayetteville, Ark.
• Finished first in the 5000-meter run (14:24.80) at the New England Championship (Feb. 22-23).
• Broke the school record in the 3000-meter run with a time of 7:50.44 at the Husky Classic (Feb. 9), finishing fourth.
• Broke the school record in the mile with a time of 3:58.11 at the Terrier Invitational (Jan. 27).
• Ran a personal best time of 2:23.01 in the 1000 meter run at the Harvard Challenge (Jan. 19), finishing second and qualifying for the IC4A and New England Championships.
• Ran a personal best time of 14:04.56 in the 5000-meter run to finish second and qualify for the IC4A and New England Championships at the Jay Carisella Invitational (Dec. 1).

2011-12
OUTDOOR
• Won the 10,000-meter run at the Shamrock Invitational with a time of 31:23.97.
• Named the CAA Men’s Track Co-Athlete of the Week on March 20, 2012

INDOOR
• Won the mile race at the IC4A qualifying at the Great Dane Classic with a time of 4:02.74.
• Won the 1000-meter run at the Battle of Beantown with a time of 2:25.47.
• Finished fourth in the mile run at the BU Valentine Invitational with a record time of 3:59.18, breaking a 19-year old school record set by Erik Nedeau (1993) for the fastest indoor mile in school history.
• Won the mile run at the New England Indoor Championships with a time of 4:00.29.

CROSS COUNTRY
• Captured fifth place at the Northeastern Invitational with a time of 26:32 (8K) in his first race of the season at Franklin Park.
• Turned in Northeastern’s top time at the Bryant Invitational, clocking in at 15:00.98 (5K) for second place.
• Led the Huskies at the Ted Owens CCSU Invite with a team-best mark of 25:18 (8K) for second place.
• Anchored Northeastern’s efforts with NU’s best time at the New England Championship, placing fifth with a time of 24:53 (8K).
• Made Northeastern history by becoming the first Husky in the program to win the individual 2011 CAA conference crown with a season-best time of 24:46 (8K). Named Most Outstanding Performer of the Meet after his triupmhant performance at the conference championship.
• Anchored Northeastern at the 2011 NCAA Regional Championship with a team-best time of 31:36.9 (10K) for 11th place out of  227.
• Named to the Division I U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Region Team (Northeast) for the second straight season.
• Became the first member of the Northeastern cross country program to compete at the NCAA Championship since 1993 (Erik Nedeau) and finished ahead of nearly three quarters of the field with a 67th-place time of 30:31.5 (10K) in a field of 252.
• Named 2011 Colonial Athletic Association Men's Cross Country Athlete of the Year for the first time in Northeastern history.

2010-11
OUTDOOR
• Named Northeastern's second-ever Colonial Athletic Association’s Rookie of the Year for track & field.
• Captured U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Honorable Mention in the 1,500-meter run.
• Also competed in the 5,000-meter run at the NCAA East Regional and finished 17th in his heat and 34th, overall, after a mark of 14:43.24.
• After passing into the quarterfinal round of the 1,500-meter run (3:50.05) at the NCAA East Regional in Bloomington, Ind., he earned a spot on the national semifinals line in Des Moines, Iowa as one of the final 24 with a run of 3:49.18. He was the only true freshman to compete in the final 24 on the national stage.
• Won the 1,500-meter run at the 2011 New England Outdoor Championship with Northeastern’s fifth-best mark of all-time (3:46.04), becoming the first Husky to win the 1,500-meter run at New Englands since Erik Nedeau won three straight from 1992 through 1994.
• Became Northeastern’s first 5,000-meter CAA champion in program history after edging Delaware’s Andy Weaver by half a second with a time of 14:27.04.
• Posted a personal collegiate best in the 1,500-meter run, notching the sixth-best time in Northeastern history with a third-place time of 3:46.76 at the Larry Ellis Invitational.
• Won the 1,500-meter run in 3:47.99 at the Duke Invitational.
• Posted the best 5,000-meter time ever recorded by a freshman in Northeastern outdoor track & field history at the Stanford Invitational after winning his section with a time of 14:09.67 (23rd overall).
• Won the 800 meters at the Seahawk Invitational, setting a pace of 1:54.69.

INDOOR
• Made his Husky debut with a seventh place finish in the 3000-meter run at the Dartmouth Relays, with a time of 8:37.69.
• Ran the mile in 4:17.62 at the Yale Invitational, good for third place.
• Won the mile at the Boston Indoor Games with an ICAA-qualifying time of 4:11.90.
• Took second place in the 1000 meters at the Battle of Beantown with a time of 2:28.25, missing the top spot by just .01.
• His mile mark of 4:06.65 earned 11th amid a field of 199 at the Valentine Invitational.

CROSS COUNTRY
• Won his first collegiate race by turning in a victorious time of 15:58.80 at the Bryant Invitational (5K).
• Led the Huskies in his second-consecutive race and captured second, overall, at the Boston College Invitational (8K) by turning in a time of 25:04.18.
• Finished first-place in the CCSU Ted Owens Invitational (8K) with a winning time of 25:22:00.

BEFORE NORTHEASTERN
• Four-year member of cross country and track & field teams.
• Holds six New Hampshire high school track & field records in the 1,500-meter (4:04.56), 1,600-meter (4:15.10), 3,000-meter (8:53.10), 5,000-meter (15:16.20), one mile (4:28.33) and two miles (9:24.66) events.
• Broke the course record at Portsmouth.
• As a senior, won the cross country state championships at Derryfield Park with a time of 15:32 (5K), set records at the Class I and state meets. Indoor, he won two events at the Class I-M-S meet and set a new mark in the 1,500-meters, placed fifth in the two-mile at New Englands.
• As a junior, won the Meet of Champions and set a new course and meet record on the Mine Falls 5K course (15:16.2) and was named Team MVP.
