• Finished seventh in the hammer throw (49.08m) at the Victor Lopez Classic (March 25).
• Won bronze in the hammer throw (47.32m) at the UAlbany Spring Classic (April 23).
• Finished 27th in the hammer throw (43.67m) on the first day of the Penn Relays (April 28).
• Won the hammer throw (50.64m) at the Brown Springtime Open (May 1).
• Won bronze in the hammer throw (49.63m) at the 2016 CAA Championships (May 6-7).

INDOOR
• Took fifth place in the triple jump (10.90m) at the Carisella Invitational (Dec. 12).
• Finished sixth in the triple jump (11.14m) at the Joe Donahue Games (Jan. 23).
• Notched eighth place in weighted throw (16.36m) at the Harvard Crimson Elite Meet (Feb. 5).
• Placed eighteenth in the triple jump (11.15m) at the Boston University (BU) Valentine Invite (Feb. 12).
• Snagged second place in the weight throw (16.99m) at the New England Indoor Championships (Feb. 27).
 

2014-15

OUTDOOR
• Placed fifth in hammer throw (44.95m), seventh in shot put (11.66m), and 10th in discus (33.55m) at the Carolina Classic in Puerto Rico (March 21).
• Finished first in hammer throw (46.77m) and third in shot put (11.90m) at the Snowflake Classic at Tufts (March 28).
•Took home first in hammer throw (50.69m) and third in discus (35.34m) at the AIC Yellow Jacket Invitational (April 4).
• Placed second in hammer throw (44.62m) and fifth in shot put (11.83m) at the Minuteman Invitational (April 11).
• Finished seventh in discus (35.72m) and sixth in hammer throw (48.66m) at the Mark Young Yale Invite (April 18).
• Placed fourth in hammer throw (47.38m) at the CAA Championships (May 1-2).

INDOOR
• Placed first overall in the weight throw, posting a mark of 15.77m at BU's season opener (Dec. 6).
• Secured a first-place finish in the weight throw at the Jay Carisella Invitational with a mark of 15.54 meters (Dec. 13).
• Finished fifth in the weight throw (14.96m) at the Harvard Multi meet (Jan. 17).
• Finished eighth in shot put (12.02m) and third in weight throw (15.95m) at the Joe Donahue Games (Jan. 23).
• Came in seventh in weight throw (15.85m) at the John Thomas Terrier Classic (Jan. 30).
• Finished fourth in the weight throw (15.14m) and eighth in shot put (11.80m) at the Harvard Fast Meet (Feb. 6).
• Placed sixth in the weight throw (16.75m) at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational (Feb. 13).
• Finished fifth in weight throw (16.37m) and seventh in shot put (12.79m) at the New England Championships (Feb. 28).
 

2013-14

OUTDOOR
• Threw a personal-best mark of 48.08 meters in the hammer throw at the New England Championship to rank sixth all-time at Northeastern in the event (May 8).
• Placed fourth in the hammer throw at the CAA Championship with a mark of 47.19, finished seventh in the discus with a personal-best mark of 35.72, and notched 12th place in the shot put with a 10.82-meter toss (May 2-3).
• Recorded personal-bests in the discus (35.27) and hammer throw (47.35) at the Brown Springtime Open (April 27).
• Qualified for the New England Championship in the hammer throw at the Mark Young Yale Invitational with a PB toss of 46.39 meters. Also competed in the discus (27.03) and shot put (11.9) (April 19).
• Placed second in the hammer throw at the Minuteman Invitational after notching a personal-best 45.44 meters (April 12).
• Claimed first place in the shot put at New Hampshire with a personal-best 11.92-meter toss. Also placed fourth in the discus (33.71) and fifth in the hammer throw (43.43) (April 5).

INDOOR
• Placed fifth in the weight throw at the New England Championship after a 15.56-meter toss (Feb. 28).
• Competed in the shot put (10.30) and weight throw (15.63) at the Scarlet & White Invitational (Feb. 15).
• Tossed a personal-best 15.75 meters in the weight throw at the Valentine Invitational (Feb. 7).
• Placed third in the weight throw at the Joe Donahue Games with a 15.06-meter toss (Jan. 24).
• Competed in the shot put (10.54) and weight throw (14.49) at the Harvard Open (Jan. 18).
• Claimed second place in the weight throw (15.49) at the Jay Carisella Invitational (Dec. 14).
• Placed third in the weight throw (15.13) and seventh in the shot put (10.32) at the BU Opener (Dec. 7).
 

2012-13

OUTDOOR
• Recorded a personal best mark with an eight place finish in the discus (35.15-meters) at the UMass Pre-Conference Meet (Apr. 27). Also took sixth in the shot put (11.72-meters).
• Finished eighth in the hammer throw (39.23-meters) at the George Davis Invitational (Apr. 6).
• Recorded a personal best in the hammer throw (41.91-meters) at the Snowflake Classic (Mar. 30).

INDOOR
• Finished fourth in the shot put (11.82-meters) and third in the weight throw (15.07-meters) at the BU Fast Meet (Feb. 14).
• Notched a personal best in the weight throw (15.10-meters), finishing sixth to qualify for the New England Championship at the Harvard Challenge (Jan. 19). Also recorded a PB in the shot put (11.76-meters).
• Finished fourth in the weight throw (14.72-meters) at the Dartmouth Relays (Jan. 12).
• Took fourth in the weight throw (14.47-meters) at the Harvard Open (Dec. 8).
• Finished sixth in the weight throw (13.74-meters) at the Jay Carisella Invitational (Dec. 1).
