Drew Muench's Career Stats

2009-10:
Skated in 19 games this season after enduring an injury that sidelined him for significant time…contributed six helpers throughout the season…Tallied an assist on Garrett Vermeersch’s first-career goal on the powerplay at Colorado College on Oct. 9…Returned to the lineup after missing six games and assisted on Wade MacLeod’s game-winner against Providence on Nov. 20...Attained his first-career two-assist performance against Vermont on Nov. 27...Played in his 50th-career game at Maine on Dec. 12...Logged his fifth assist of the year on Kyle Kraemer’s goal at Dartmouth on Jan. 2...Chipped in for his sixth assist of the season on Wade MacLeod’s empty net goal at Vermont on Jan. 15.

2008-09: Played in eight games in October and November...+2 in those games...missed most of the season due to injuries.

2007-08:
Played in 33 games as a freshman, scoring two goals and assisting on nine...paired up mostly with Louis Liotti...notched an assist on one of Ryan Ginand’s two goals in his collegiate debut, NU’s 3-2 overtime win over Providence on Oct. 19...had assists on consecutive nights in NU’s 4-2 win over Vermont and 2-2 tie with Boston University Nov. 9-10 at Matthews Arena...assisted on a Steve Silva goal in NU’s 4-3 win over Brown at Matthews Arena on Nov. 30...scored NU’s two goals, one on the power play and one short-handed, in the team’s 5-2 loss to Vermont at Gutterson Fieldhouse on Jan. 19...assisted on Ginand’s second-period goal in the Huskies’ 5-4 loss to BU in the Beanpot consolation game on Feb. 11...added an assist in the Huskies’ 3-2 overtime win against Boston College at Conte Forum on March 7.

Before NU: In 2006-07, played for the Vernon Vipers of the British Columbia Hockey League, helping the team to a 37-19-1 record...scored three goals and added 19 assists for 22 points in 58 games as a rookie defenseman...previously played two seasons for the Tisdale Trojans of the Saskatchewan Midget AAA Hockey League...in 2005-06, had 10 goals and 10 assists for 20 points and added 89 penalty minutes in 36 games...named the team’s top defenseman...in 2004-05, totaled a 3-14-17 line for Tisdale...also played varsity golf at Martensville High School.
