Ran a time of 8:38.26 in the 3000m at the BU Season Opener (Dec. 1) … Placed third in the mile (4:18.72) at the Howlin’ Husky Invitational (Dec. 8) … Helped his 4x800m relay team finish eighth with a time of 7:55.87 at the New England Championships (Feb. 1-2) … Recorded a mile time of 4:23.03 at the Valentine Invitational (Feb. 8-9).

Placed 26th at the CAA Championships (Oct. 26) with an 8k time of 25:23.80 ... Ran a 25:52.8 on the 8k course at the New England Championships (Oct. 6) ... Took gold in the 4x400m relay with a record breaking time (3:36.04) at the Jay Carisella Coaches Invite ... Placed sixth in the 1500m (4:02.75) at the Brown Springtime Invitational (April 29) ... Placed sixth in the 4x800m (7:45.10) at the IC4A Championships (May 12-13).

2016-17: 
OUTDOOR
Finished seventh in the 1500m (4:17.09) at the Mark Young Invite (April 1) … Placed 16th in the 800m (1:56.81) at the Ocean State Invite (April 14-15) … Took seventh place in the 800m (1:57.79) at the Albany Classic (April 22) … Earned second place in the 800m (1:55.24) Brown Invite (April 30) … Was a member of the winning 4x800m relay teams at the New England Championships (May 12-13)

Recorded a new personal best in the 1000m (2:31.72) run at the Boston University (BU) Valentine Invite (Feb. 13).

Posted a time of 16:46.5 at the Central Connecticut State University (CCSU) Mini Meet (Oct. 23).

2014-15:
INDOOR
Finished third in the 4x800 relay at the Harvard Multi meet (Jan. 17).

Before Northeastern: 
Placed seventh in the 800-meter run at the Outdoor Massachusetts All-State Championships … Finished 11th in the 1000-meter run at the Indoor Massachusetts All-State Championships and fourth in the 1000-meter run at the Indoor Massachusetts Division IV State Championships … In 2013, placed seventh in the 800-meter run at the Outdoor New England Championship and fifth at the Outdoor Massachusetts All-State Championships.
