2017-18: Played in 14 games, finishing with one assist … Made his collegiate debut against Sacred Heart (Oct. 6) ... Recorded his first collegiate point with an assist against Boston College (Nov. 18). 

Before NU: Played two seasons with Madison (USHL), dressing in 103 games and recording 12 goals and 18 assists … Appeared in 55 games and tallied six goals and 14 assists in 2016-17, finishing eighth on the team in scoring … His shot percentage of 10.2% (6-of-59) ranked eighth on the team … Had a three-game point streak from Feb. 24 to Mar. 3 where he recorded one goal and five assists. 

Personal: Son of Hockey Hall of Famer and 2007 Stanley Cup champion Teemu Selanne, who ranks 15th all-time in NHL history with 1,457 points and 11th in goals (684) … Teemu was named one of the NHL’s Greatest Players and won the Maurice “Rocket” Richard trophy as the NHL’s leading goal scorer at the end of the 1998-99 season.
