2017-18: Finished 4th in the 200Y IM (2:13.92), 7th in the 200Y back (2:15.15) and earned a time of 4:49.63 in the 400Y IM against Wagner at NU’s parents and alumnae weekend (Oct. 6-7)… Placed 5th in the 200Y freestyle (1:58.23) and 6th in the 200Y back (2:13.32) at James Madison (Oct. 21)… Took 5th in the 200Y freestyle (1:57.36) and 6th in the 200Y back (2:13.07) against Boston University (Nov. 8)… Earned a time of 2:10.91 in the 200Y IM and 2:10.13 in the 200Y back at the Frank Elm Invitational (Nov. 17)… Placed 5th in the 200Y back (2:10.95) at New Hampshire (Dec. 2)… Finished 4th in the 200Y back (2:11.48) against Central Connecticut (Jan. 20)… Won the 200Y back (2:07.53), and took 2nd in the 200Y IM (2:12.57) and 8th in the 100Y back (1:00.87) at the Boston University Winter Open (Feb. 9-10)
Personal: Transferring to Northeastern from Connecticut College, where she spent the 2016-17 season … Volunteered during the summers of 2014 and 2015 at Children's Hospital … Interested in studying business administration at Northeastern with the hopes of performing well at a job she loves … Hobbies include cooking, traveling, going to the beach, and spending time with friends.
2016-17 Season at Connecticut College: Collected Dean's Honors during her freshman year … Three-time 2017 NCAA Division III All-Scholastic All-American … School record holder in the 200 backstroke.
Before NU: Two-year girls' varsity swimming student-athlete at Cohasset High School (Cohasset, Massachusetts) under coach Bill Burnett … 2016 Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association (MIAA) Division II state champion in the 200 IM on a school-record time … 2016 MIAA runner-up in the 100 backstroke on a school-record time … Named the 2016 Most Valuable Player of Cohasset swimming … 2016 Boston Globe All-Scholastic honoree … Two-time Patriot Ledger All-Scholastic recipient (2014, 2016).
