  • Finished fifth in the 400m (48.33), eighth in the 200m (22.13), fifth in the 4x400m, and got a mark of 1.90m in the high jump at the CAA Championships (2/23)
  • Took silver in the high jump with a mark of 2.06m at the ECAC/IC4E Championships (3/4)
OUTDOOR
  • Placed top ten in the 400m (48.92) and finished second in the 4x400m (3:16.77) at the UConn Dog Fight (4/1)

  • Finished 11th in the 400 meter (48.63) at the Hurricane Alumni Invite (4/8-4/9)
  • Won the 100 meter (10.88, PB), the 200 meter (22.23), the high jump (2.03m/6-8) and placed second in the 4x400m relay (3:27.18) at the Jay Carisella Invite (4/22)
  • Finished sixth in the 200m (22.00) at the CAA Championships (5/6-5/7)

OUTDOOR
  • Placed second in the 400 meter (49.14) at the UNCW Invitational (3/6)
  • Finished the 400 meter in second place with a time of 49.06 at the UCF Black and Gold Invite (3/19-20)
  • Ran a person-best time of 11.02 to place third in the 100 meter and won the high jump (2.00m/6-6.75) to tie ninth-best mark on NU's Outdoor Top 10 list at the Towson Invitational (4/2-3)
  • Placed second in the 4x400 meter relay (3:22.70) at the UConn Northeast Invite (4/23-24)
  • Championed the high jump (1.95m/6-4.75) to earn All-CAA Honors and placed fourth in the 400 meter (48.68) at the CAA Championships (4/30 - 5/1)
  • Finished 10th in the 400 meter with a time of 48.96 at the IC4A/ECAC Championships (5/14-16)
INDOOR
  • Finished second in the 4x400 meter relay with a time of 3:16.11 at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invite (2/12-13)
  • Finished second in both the 200 meter (22.65) and 500 meter (1:05.61) at the URI Dual Meet (2/26)

  • Place fifth with a personal-best time (1:22.90) in the 600 meter at the Crimson Opener (12/7)
  • Took first in the high jump with a personal-best mark of 2.00 meters (6-6.75) and placed second in the 4x400 meter relay (3:19.27) at the Joe Donahue Games (12/14)
  • Placed third in the 4x440 yard relay (3:18.92) and ninth in the 500 meter (1:06.05) at the Beantown Challenge (1/10-11)
  • Took first in the 400 meter (48.49) and second in the high jump (1.96m/6-5) and 200 meter (21.69) at the BU Multi Meet (1/18)
  • Took first in the 400 meter (47.95), third in the 200 meter (21.77), fifth in the high jump (1.99m/6-6.25) and fifth in the 4x400 meter relay (3:18.90) at the New England Championships (1/31-2/1)
  • Finished second in the 4x400 meter relay (3:16.43), third in the high jump (2.00m/6-6.75) and eighth in the 500 meter with a personal-best time (1:04.63) at the BU David Hemery Valentine Invite (2/14-15)
  • Placed third in the seventh-best 4x400 meter relay (3:12.83) with NU's seventh-best indoor time and seventh in the 200 meter (21.54, PB) to tie the fifth-best indoor time in school history at the BU Last Chance Qualifier (2/28)
  • Took second in the 4x400 meter relay (3:12.23) with the third-best indoor time in school history and third in the 400 meter with a personal-best time of 47.38 (second-best on NU Indoor All-Time Top 10 list) at the IC4A/ECAC Championshps (3/6-8)

2018-19:
OUTDOOR
  • Finished 12th in the 200m (21.97) and ninth in the 400m (48.77), qualifying for the New England and IC4A/ECAC Championships in both events, while also qualifying for the IC4A/ECAC Championships in the 4x400m relay (3:16.67) at the Black and Gold Challenge (3/15-16)
  • Was a part of the 4x400 meter relay team that ran the NU's third-best outdoor time (3:12.26) at the Florida Relays (3/28-30)
  • Finished 11th in the 400 meter at the Auburn Tiger Classic with a time of 48.46 (4/5)
  • Came in seventh in the 400 meter (48.64) and fifth in the 4x400 meter relay (3:17.70) at the Northeast Challenge (4/13)
  • Finished seventh in the 100 meter at the Jay Carisella Coaches Invitational with a time of 11.24 (4/20)
  • Placed seventh in the 200 meter (22.24) and took gold in the 400 meter (47.68, sixth on all-time NU outdoor performance list), silver in the high jump (1.97m/6-5.5), and silver in the 4x400 meter relay (3:14.97) at the CAA Championships (5/3-4)
  • Was part of the 4x400 meter relay team that finished fourth (3:20.64) at the IC4A/ECAC Championships (5/11-12).

INDOOR
  • Ran as a member of the 4x400 meter relay team that finished with a time of 3:22.45 and earned second in the high jump (2.00m/6-6.75) at the BU Season Opener (12/1)
  • Competed in the 200 meter (22.79) and placed second in both the 500 meter (1:05.46) and the high jump (1.98m/6-6) at the Howlin’ Husky Invitational (12/8)
  • Was part of the third-place team in the 4x440 yard relay (3:18.02) at the Beantown Challenge (1/12)
  • Ran a time of 48.89 in the 400 meter and competed in the high jump (1.95m/6-4.75) at the BU John Thomas Terrier Classic (1/25-26)
  • Placed third in the high jump (1.99m/6-6.25) and was a part of the distance medley relay (10:01.40) and 4x400 meter relay (3:17.50) teams that both finished fourth at the New England Championships (2/1-2)
  • Leapt to eighth in the high jump (1.95m/6-4.75) and set a personal best in the 500 meter (1:05.36) at the Valentine Invitational (2/8-9)
  • Finished fifth in the high jump (1.92m/6-3.50) at the Brown Invitational (2/16) 
  • Placed sixth with a personal-best time in the 400 meter (48.28) and was part of the 4x400 meter relay team that broke the all-time indoor program record with a time of 3:11.65 in the preliminaries and finished ninth in the finals (3:30.16) at the IC4A/ECAC Championships (3/1-3)

Personal – From Malden, Massachusetts … One of five siblings … Business Administration major...Wants to graduate with a useful career in something he likes … enjoys video games, watching television and basketball.
 
Before NU – Competed for four years at Somerville High School … Named a New England Champion and All-State Champion … holds the record for 400m, 300m, high jump, 4x200m and 4x400m.
