2010-11: Indoors, put the shot 14.18m (46’6.25) to take ninth place at the Jay Carisella Invitational…Improved in the new year with a toss of 15.19m (49’10) at the Dartmouth Relays, good for sixth place…moved up to fourth place at the Boston Indoor Games with a shot put of 15.67m (51’5)…won the shot put by over half a meter at the Greater Boston Track Club Invitational, with a toss of 14.90m…took third place in the shot put at the Battle of Beantown with a toss of 15.32m (50’3.25)…placed 16th at the New England Indoor Championships in putting the shot 14.27m (46’10)…took 26th place in the shot put at the IC4A’s with a toss of 14.76m (48’5.25)…Outdoors, his throw of 45.46m (149’2) earned second place in the discus throw at the Husky Spring Open; also finished third in the shot put with a toss of 14.96m (49’1)…put the shot 15.58m (51’1.50) to place third at the FSU Relays; also placed fourth in the discus throw with a toss of 48.74m (159’11)…set a new meet record with a 15.34m (50’4) first-place throw in the shot put at the Ramapo Invitational…claimed sixth in the shot put with a season-best throw of 16.18 (53’1) at the Duke Invitational…won the shot put with a throw of 15.66m (51’4.5) at the Solomon Invitational; also was victorious in the discus throw with a winning toss of 50.12m (164’5)…threw the discus 47.27m (155’1) to take second place at the Stonehill Invitational; also took second in the shot put with a toss of 15.81m (51’10.5)…registered a pair of second-place finishes at the 2011 CAA Championship, clearing 16.36m in the shot put and 48.89m in the discus throw…produced a season-best throw in the discus (51.44m) for second place along with a fourth-place finish in the shot put (16.87m) at the 2011 New England Outdoor Championship…closed out his season at the NCAA East Regional with a 44th-place mark (11th in his flight) of 15.81m (51'10.5) in the shot put (also qualified for the discus throw but did not register a mark).

2008-09: Eighth in the shot put (46'11) at the Husky Winter Carnival…fourth in the shot put (48'7.86) at the Harvard Open…fourth in the shot put (47'9) at the Boston Indoor Games…fourth in the shot put (47'5.75) at the Battle of Beantown…third in the shot put (49'7.75) at the Colonial Invitational, a career best throw…16th in the shot put (47'3) at the New England Championship…outdoors, took fourth in the shot put (46'1.15) and fifth in the discus (133'2) at the Seahawk Invitational…took fifth in the shot put (46'6.5) and fifth in the discus (138'8) at the Husky Spring Invitational…took fifth in the shot put (46'10.25) at the USF Quad Meet…took second in the shot put (46'2.75) and fourth in the discus (122'11) at the Skyhawk Invitational…took fourth in the shot put (42'6), fifth in the discus (122'6) and 13th in the javelin (124'1) at the Solomon Husky Invitational…took fourth in the shot put (44'11.25) and fifth in the discus (142'1) at the CAA Championship…took 11th in the shot put (47'9.25) and seventh in the discus (149, a career best) at the New England Championship.

2007-08: Eighth in the shot put with a throw of 45'4.5 in his collegiate debut at the Husky Winter Carnival...sixth in the shot put (46'5.25) at the Dartmouth Relays...fifth in the shot put (47'7) at the Reebok Boston Indoor Games...fifth in the shot put (47'1.5) at the Battle of Beantown...threw the shot put 47'8 at the Valentine's Invitational...outdoors, threw the shot put 47'10 to place third and took 10th in the discus (135'11) at the Seahawk Invitational...second in the shot put (43'9) and fifth in the discus (135'1) at the Solomon Husky Invitational...at the CAA Championship, placed 12th in the shot put (42'1.25) and 15th in the discus (119'3).

High School: Competed in track & field for five years and played three years of varsity football on both sides of the ball at Frontier...Western Mass. and All-State champ in the shot put in 2007...runner-up at the New England Championship...as a junior, won the shot put at the Western Mass. Championship and was sixth in the state...set school record of 152'1 in the discus...All-Intercounty League selection as a junior and senior...team MVP his senior year...named Unsung Hero as a sophomore...All-League selection in football his senior year...football team won the league title his senior year.
