2010-11: Indoors, started his junior campaign by winning the 800-meter run at the Jay Carisella Invitational, in a time of 1:53.13…Took second place at the Dartmouth Relays in the 800-meter run, in a time of 1:56.34; also helped his team to a second place finish, manning the third leg of the 4x400m relay…earned another second place in the 800 meters at the Boston Indoor Games, improving his time to 1:53.23; also ran the second leg of Northeastern’s 4x400m relay, helping the team to a fourth place finish…ran the 500 meters in 1:06.24, good for third place at the Battle of Beantown…took ninth place in the 800 meters at the Valentine Invitational, posting a season-best time of 1:52.31…qualified ninth and finished fifth in the 800 meters at the New England Indoor Championships, twice beating his season-best time with respective finishes in 1:52.14 and 1:50.64…Outdoors, ran second in the 1500 meters at the Seahawk Invitational with a time of 3:51.17…took fourth place in the 800 meters with a 1:52.50 at the FSU Relays…finished 22nd in the 800 meter run with a time of 1:55.27 at the Duke Invitational…crossed the line in 1:55.98 for second place in the 800 meter run at the Solomon Invitational…claimed 10th in the 400 meter dash in 50.27 at the Stonehill Invitational…made history as part of the men’s first relay team to win a CAA Championship race after running a leg in NU’s winning time of 3:15.99 in the 4 x 400-meter relay…also placed fifth in the 800-meter run to the tune of 1:51.43 at the 2011 CAA Championship…finished in fifth place with a time of 1:52.51 in the 800-meter run at the 2011 New England Outdoor Championship
2009-10: Indoors, crossed the line in 1:05.89 for third place in the 500-meter run at the Battle of Beantown…Finished with a time of 1:54.35 in the preliminary round of the 800-meter run at the New England Championship…Outdoors, captured victory in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:53.55 and 22nd-place in the 200-meter dash with a time of 24.20 at the Seahawk Invitational…sprinted to a 69th-place mark in the 400-meter dash (50.58) and grabbed 14th in the 800-meter dash (1:53.09) at the Raleigh Relays…claimed victory in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:50.45, winning in IC4A-qualifying fashion at the Mason Spring Invitational…turned in a third-place performance of 49.97 in the 400-meter dash at the Skyhawk Invitational…secured fourth place at the CAA Championship, registering a time of 1:51.23 in the 800-meter run…improved upon his personal record and school’s fourth-best time in school history by running a 1:50.37 in the 800-meter preliminary round at the IC4A Championship, placing 14th in the initial heat.
2008-09: Began the cross country season by placing 45th in the Blue Devil Invitational with a time of 32:19...placed 100th in the sub-varsity race at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational in a time of 28:55...ran a time of 29:20 to place 126th at the George Mason Invitational.
2007-08: During the cross country season, placed 123rd in the sub-varsity race with a time of 28:50 at the New England Championship...120th with a time of 28:16 at the Albany Invitational...placed 72nd (28:23) at the CAA Championship...indoors, placed eighth in the 1,000 (2:37.03) at the Husky Winter Carnival...redshirted the remainder of the indoor and outdoor seasons...competing unattached, won the 800 (2:00.91) at the Husky Spring Open and was fourth in the 800 (1:59.20) at the Solomon Husky Invitational.
High School: Competed in varsity cross country, indoor and outdoor track for three years …All-County honorable mention and team MVP three seasons…served as captain on each team for one year …ran third-best 800-meter in school history…placed third in 800-meter at 2007 state championship…member of 2006 outdoor division champs.
