2013-14

OUTDOOR
• Competed in the discus (45.30 meters) and hammer throw (47.23 meters) at the New England Championship (May 8).
• Took home a bronze medal in the hammer throw at the CAA Championship after clearing a personal-best mark of 47.43 meters. Also earned fourth place in the discus with a mark of 44.07 meters (May 2-3).
• Competed in the shot put, discus, and hammer throw at the Minuteman Invitational (April 12), Mark Young Yale Invitational (April 19) and Brown Springtime Open (April 27).
• Claimed second in the discus at New Hampshire with a mark of 45.65 meters. Also competed in the hammer throw, notching sixth place with a 43.98-meter toss (April 5).

INDOOR
• Tied a season-high mark in the shot put at consecutive meets, clearing 13.40 meters at the Harvard Open (Jan. 18) and the Joe Donahue Games (Jan. 24).
• Competed at every regular season meet of the indoor season, beginning with a seventh-place finish in the shot put the BU Opener (Dec. 7).
 

2012-13

OUTDOOR
• Finished eighth in the discus (44.48-meters) at the New England Championship (May 9-11).
• Took fourth in the discus (44.80-meters) and sixth in the shot put (13.46-meters) at the CAA Championship (May 3-4). Also picked up a PB in the hammer throw (46.12-meters).
• Recorded a personal best with a first place finish in the discus (46.26-meters) at the UMass Pre-Conference Meet (Apr. 27). Also took sixth in the hammer throw (42.08-meters).
• Took first in the discus (44.93-meters) at the Minuteman Invitational (Apr. 13).
• Finished first in the discus (44.59-meters) at the George Davis Invitational (Apr. 6).
• Finished fourth in the discus (45.22-meters) to qualify for the New England Championship at the Snowflake Classic (Mar. 30). Also recorded a PB in the hammer throw (43.19-meters).

INDOOR
• Finished fifth in the shot put (14.19 meters) at the BU Fast Meet (Feb. 14).
• Recorded a personal best mark in the weight throw (13.55 meters) at the Harvard Challenge (Jan. 19).
• Placed eighth in the shot put (13.51 meters) at the Jay Carisella Invitational (Dec. 1).
 

2011-12

OUTDOOR
• Placed fourth in the discus throw at the Snowflake Classic with a distance of 42.24m.
• Placed fifth in the discus throw with a mark of 42.83m at the Northeastern Spring Open.
• Finished ninth in the shot put at the Solomon Invitational with a mark of 12.63m and third in the discus throw with a mark of 44.58m. 
• Placed seventh in the discus with a toss of 43.13m at the CAA Championships.
 

2010-11

OUTDOOR
• Finished fifth in the discus throw at the Husky Spring Open with a mark of 40.14m (131’8).
• Tossed the discus 41.88m (137’5) for third place at the Ramapo Invitational.
• Claimed sixth in the discus with a throw of 39.58m (129’10) at the Solomon Invitational.

INDOOR
• Placed eighth in the shot put at the Greater Boston Track Club Invitational, with a toss of 12.98m.
• Put the shot 13.92m (45’8), good for fifth place at the Battle of Beantown.
  • Three-year outdoor and two-year indoor member of track & field team.
• Captained both teams senior year.
• Bay State League All-Star for indoor and outdoor in 2010.
• Led team to indoor and outdoor league championship all three years.
• PSAT National Merit Honorable Mention scholar
