2012: Did not race in any meets.

2010-11: Captured fourth place at the Bryant Invitational (5K) with a mark of 16:27.97...turned in a time of 25:30.47 which was good for a seventh place finish in the Boston College Invitational (8K).

2009-10: Guided the Huskies with Northeastern’s best time of 25:53 at the New England Cross Country Championship (8K) for 69th place…Crossed the line in 26:14.90 at the James Madison Invitational (8K) for a 31st-place label…Finished in seventh place with a clip of 16:55.49 at the Bryant Invitational (5K) to start off the cross country season.

High School: Competed in cross country and track & field for four years...team captain of all three his senior year...won the mile (4:29.7) as his team was victorious at the Dual County League Championship in 2008...best time of 9:39 in the two mile...cross country team MVP...set school's cross country course record...track team coach's award as a junior, distance runner of the year as a senior.
