Central Connecticut State Invitational

The women's cross country team placed 10th on Sept. 8 at the Central Connecticut State Invitational with an overall score of 241. UConn took home first place at the event with an overall team score of 41. The competition was the first of the 2001 season for the Huskies. Sophomore Meghan Shaw finished with the fastest time among NU runners. Shaw ran a 20:32.4, finishing 33rd out of the 110-runner field.
