NU Women’s Swimming,
 
            The long awaited, much anticipated version of summer workouts 2011 has arrived at your door! The sky is the limit for all of you and the summer program is a great way to work towards your true athletic potential. As you workout this summer, your focus should be on arriving at pre-season training in peak physical condition ready to swim at a high level.   A good compliment of fitness and strength training paired with pool workouts will have you ready to go for the upcoming season. This team is primed and ready to go beyond what any other Northeastern University Women’s Swim team has done in the past. It is up to you to put the work in over the next few months so that you’re ready! Great things are in store for you, you just have to believe in yourselves and fight as hard as you can to make it happen! 
             For those incoming freshmen who may not be familiar with our terminology and may not have access to a weight room, we have included an Anywhere Fitness Program with videos of every movement we do.
