Offices	The academic center is home to the offices of the Director, the Assistant Director, Senior Athletic Academic Support Specialist, and Athletic Academic Support Specialist for Student-Athlete Support Services.
Facilities	The academic center has a 13 station computer lab, a study hall/classroom, meeting areas for student-mentor or student tutor meetings, and a conference room for formal meetings and presentations.
Hours of Operation	Student-Athlete Support Personnel office hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:00am to 6:00pm and Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm.
Conduct and Expectations	The Shanahan Academic Center is the work area for all SASS employees. Therefore, all student-athletes who are in the Academic Center for either studying purposes or to meet with a member of the staff, are expected to conduct themselves in a mature and appropriate manner. The rules outlined for study hall apply to all student-athletes within the academic center regardless of whether or not they are signed in to earn study hall time.
