Northeastern University Athletics

Northeastern has hosted the Joe Donahue Games Opener annually (except 2020) since 2008. The games are dedicated to Donahue, a four-year letterwinner, school record holder, coach, champion, and Hall of Famer thrower at Northeastern. From 2008-2021, the games took place at the Reggie Lewis Track & Field Center, but have since moved to the Track at New Balance.
