Cross Country
• Finished eighth overall at Shawn M. Nassany Invitational with a time of 16:06.9 (9/6). 
• Part of a team that earned first place at Shawn M. Nassaney Invitational (9/6).
 

2013-14

OUTDOOR
• Competed at New Hampshire, Yale Invitational, Minuteman Invitational, and the Brown Springtime Open.
• Ran a personal-best time of 4:12.81 in the 1500-meter run at the Yale Invitational (April 19).
• Took ninth place at New Hampshire in the 3000-meter run with a time of 9:02.01 (April 5).
• Ran 5000m at New England Championships in 15:18. 


INDOOR
• Recorded a personal best mark of 4:24.03 in the mile at the Scarlet & White Invitational (Feb. 15).
• Finished with a personal best in the 5,000-meter run with a mark of 15:07.66 at the Valentine Invitational (Feb 7-8).
• Finished among the top-10 at the Jay Carisella Invitational with a personal-best time of 8:46.88 in the 3,000-meter run (Dec. 14).
• Took eighth place in the 5000-meter run (15:25.92) at the BU Opener (Dec. 7)

CROSS COUNTRY
• Named to the 2013 CAA Men's Cross Country All-Academic Team.
• Took 17th at the CAA Championship (Nov. 2), finishing with a time of 26:35.03.
• Finished 15th overall at the Nassaney Invitational (Sept. 7) with a time of 16:20.1.
• Also competed at the Iona Meet of Champs, Battle in Beantown, New England Championships, and the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships.
 

2012-13

CROSS COUNTRY
• Finished 42nd overall at the Nassaney Invitational (Sep. 8) with a time of 27:37.20.
• Took 29th at the CCSU Ted Owens Invitational (Sep. 22) with a time of 27:22.11.
• Competed at the New England Championship (Oct. 7), finishing with a time of 26:24.41.
• Took 35th overall at the CAA Championship (Oct. 27) with a time of 27:25.80.
• Competed at the NCAA Northeast Regional (Nov. 10), clocking in at 33:55.80.
  • Four-year member of the track & field and cross country, and captained each team as a senior.
• All-County recipient for indoor track in 2011.
• Two-time All-County honoree in 2009 and 2010.
• Two-time All-League in cross country in 2009 and 2010.
• Member of league champion indoor team from 2009 to 2011.
• County champions for cross country and league champion for outdoor track & field in 2010.
• League champion for cross country in 2009.
• Sectional champions for track & field in 2008.
