Cross Country• Finished fourth at KSC Alumni invitational with a time of 16:41 (Aug. 30).
• Part of a team to take first place overall at KSC Alumni Invitational (Aug. 30).
OUTDOOR• Finished eighth at the CAA Championship after posting a time of 33:20.84 in the 10000-meter run (May 2-3).
• Competed in the 5000-meter event at the Brown Springtime Open (15:53.18) and the Minuteman Invitational (16:11.96).
• Placed 16th in the 3000-meter run at New Hampshire with a mark of 9:29.90 (April 5).
INDOOR• Recorded a personal best mark in the 3000-meter race (8:56.42) at the Jay Carisella Invitational (Dec. 14).
• Opened the season with an 11th-place finish in the 5000-meter run at the BU Opener, clocking in at 15:50.73 (Dec. 7).
CROSS COUNTRY• Closed out his cross country season with an appearance at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championship (Nov. 15)
• Placed 20th at the CAA Championship with a time of 26:49.47 (Nov. 2).
• Competed in the New England Championship (Oct. 12), Battle in Beantown (Sept. 27), and Iona Meet of Champions (Sept. 21).

OUTDOOR• Finished fifth in the 5000-meter run with a personal best time of 15:46.87 at the UMass Pre-Conference Meet (Apr. 27).
• Recorded a personal best in the 1500-meter run (4:10.60) at the Minuteman Invitational (Apr. 13).
• Ran a personal best time of 9:46.13 to finish eighth in the two-mile run at the George Davis Invitational (Apr. 6).
INDOOR• Ran a personal best time of 9:01.16 in the 3000-meter run at the Jay Carisella Invitational (Dec. 1).
CROSS COUNTRY• Finished 40th overall at the Nassaney Invitational (Sep. 8) with a time of 27:34.70.
• Took 28th at the CCSU Ted Owens Invitational (Sep. 22) at 27:18.10.
• Clocked in with a time of 26:05.31 at the New England Championship (Oct. 7).
• Finished 27th overall at the CAA Championship (Oct. 27) with a time of 26:25.40.
• Finished with a time of 33:40.10 at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championship (Nov. 10).
• Four-year member of the cross country track & field team, serving as captain of both during his senior season.
• Hold the third fastest 5k cross country time in school history and apart of school record setting 4x800m relay.
• Assisted in WCAC track and cross country team championships in 2011 and helped 2011 cross country team to a state private school championship and a seventh place finish at the Nike Southeast Regional meet during his senior year.
• Received Team Coach's Award in cross country (2010 and 2011), first team all-conference in cross country (2010 and 2011), and Honorable Mention all-county in cross country by Montgomery County Gazette (2010).
