• Took first place the 4x800m at the ECAC/IC4A Championships (3/9), finishing at 7:33.39 for the eighth fastest time in program history. 

• Third at the UConn Dog Fight (3/30) in the 1500m with a time of 3:58.64
• Top ten in the 800m at the Jay Carisella Invitational (4/27) with a 1:55.87

• Finished tenth in the 800m at the Battle in Beantown (1/20), clocking a 1:56.54
• Ran a 1:56.13 in the 800m at the USATF New England Indoor Championships (2/18)

2022-23
OUTDOOR

• Beat out a team from the University of New Haven in the 4x400m with a time of 3:26.13 at the Carisella Coaches Invitational (4/22)
• Finished within the top eight for the 800m (1:52.92) and qualified for the finals at the CAA Championships (5/6)

CROSS COUNTRY

• Opened the season with a 16:15 5K time at the Suffolk Short Course Classic (9/2)

2021-22:
OUTDOOR

• Finished 18th in the 1,500 meters (4:01.79) at the UConn Dog Fight (4/2)
• Ran a time of 15:16.26 in the 5,000 meters at the Friar Invitational (4/8)
• Placed sixth in the 1,500 meters with a time of 3:59.82 at the Jay Carisella Invite (4/22)
• Placed fourth in the 4x400m relay (3:24.10) and finished 19th in the 800 meters (1:57.02, PB) at the UMass Outdoor Invite (4/30)
• Recorded a personal-best time in the 1,500 meters (3:56.59) at the CAA Championships (5/6-5/7)

INDOOR

• Ran a time of 8:53.57 in the 3,000 meters at the BU Indoor Opener (12/4)
• Recorded a personal-best time in the 1,000 meters (2:37.33) at the URI Invitational (1/15)
• Competed in the 3,000 meters, recording a time of 8:46.08 at the John Thomas Terrier Classic (1/30)
• Ran a time of 4:20.16 in the mile at the Scarlet & White Invite (2/5)
• Recorded a personal-best time of 8:42.69 in the 3,000 meters at the David Hemery Valentine Invite (2/12)
• Ran a time of 4:16.87 in the mile at the BU Last Chance Meet (2/27)

CROSS COUNTRY

• Ran a personal-best time of 16:10.50 in the 5K at the Shawn M. Nassaney Race (9/11)
• Competed in the 8K, finishing with a career-best time of 27:11.80 at the New England Cross Country Championship (10/9)
• Ran an 8K time of 28:45.10 at the CAA Cross Country Championships (10/30)

• Finished 11th in the 1500 meters with a time of 4:06.75 at the George Davis Invitational (4/16-17)
