2009-10: Tallied a time of 26:46 at the New England Cross Country Championship (8K) for 168th place…Registered a 45th-place mark of 26:45.60 at the James Madison Invitational (8K) … Started off the cross country season the Bryant Invitational (5K) with a 23rd-place showing of 17:33.66…Indoors, grabbed second place in the 1,000-meter run with a time of 2:34.10 at the Jay Carisella Track & Field Invitational…Placed 16th in the 800-meter run with a mark of 2:02.86 at the Dartmouth Relays…Took fourth place in the 1000-meter run with a time of 2:31.73 at the Harvard Invitational.

2008-09: Opened the cross country season by taking 16th in the Blue Devil Invitational...39th at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational, clocking in at 25:54...ran a time of 27:00 to place 62nd in the George Mason Invitational...placed 131st in the New England Championship in a time of 26:34...at the CAA Championship, placed 39th with a time of 26:24...indoors, ran 4:26.05 to place 11th in the mile at the Husky Winter Carnival...ran the 800 in 1:59.91 to place 24th at the Great Dane Classic...took ninth in the 1,000-meter (2:35.86) at the Battle of Beantown...ran on the 14th-place distance medley relay (10:30.93) at the New England Championship...outdoors, ran the 5,000 in 15:26.84 at the Husky Spring Invitational...ran the 3,000-meter steeplechase for the first time at the USF Quad Meet, placing sixth in 10:23.19...fifth in the 1,500-meter (4:13.45) at the Solomon Husky Invitational...placed 16th in the steeplechase in 10:02.93 at the CAA Championship.

High School: A seven-time league All-Star...had the 17th fastest 1000m indoor time in the country in 2008...finished eighth at '07 EMass D1 cross country 5k...in '08 he finished fifth at state coaches elite meet indoor mile...third at New England indoor...first at League meet for the 800m with a time of 1:55.7...ran on the indoor and outdoor track team at Newton North which has been undefeated league champions since 1997.
