2011-12: Captured 19th place at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational with a time of 25:23.97 (8K) in his first race of the season…closed out the New England Championship with a time of 27:17 (8K) for 158th place…finished his final CAA Championship in 27th place with a time of 26:46 (8K)…closed out his NU cross country career with a 131st-place time of 33:59.7 (10K) at the 2011 NCAA Regional Championship

2010-11: Finished the Bryant Invitational (5K) in third place with a time of 16:10.11...turned in a time of 25:14.16 that was good for fifth place at the Boston College Invitational...finished fourth place in the CCSU Ted Owens Invitational (8K) with a time of 26:19:00.

2009-10: In his first race of the season, he picked up a 108th place finish at the New England Cross Country Championship (8K) with a time of 26:16. Indoors, finished 10th in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 15:20.36 at the Jay Carisella Track & Field Invitational… Sprinted home in seventh place in the 3000-meter run with a time of 8:41.36 in the Dartmouth Relays.

2008-09: Opened the cross country season with a runner-up finish at the Blue Devil Invitational...won the UMass Dartmouth Invitational in a time of 25:04...18th at the George Mason Invitational with a time of 25:32...ran a time of 25:16 to place 23rd in the New England Championship...placed 18th at the CAA Championship in 25:27...61st in the NCAA Northeast Regional with a time of 33:31 (10K) in rainy conditions...opened the indoor season with a runner-up finish in the 3,000-meter (8:44.57) at the Husky Winter Carnival...placed sixth in the 5,000 in 15:09.63 at the Great Dane Classic...fourth in the 3,000 in 8:41.29 at the Battle of Beantown...ran the mile in 4:22.79 at the Colonial Invitational...eighth in the 5,000 with a time of 14:54.40 at the New England Championship...began the outdoor season with a win in the 5,000 (15:17.96) at the Seahawk Invitational...took third in the 3,000 at the USF Quad Meet.

2007-08: Placed 14th in the 3,000, running a time of 9:04.92 in his first collegiate race at the Husky Winter Carnival...21st in the mile (4:29.04) at the Reebok Boston Indoor Games...eighth in the 3,000 (8:47.70) at the Battle of Beantown...placed 14th in the 3,000 in a season-best 8:45.59 at the New England Championship...redshirted the cross country and outdoor track seasons...as an unattached athlete, placed third in the 10,000 in a time of 31:56.93 at the Husky Spring Open.

High School: Ran cross country and outdoor track for four years at Sandwich...ran indoor track for one season...three-time league All-Star in cross country and Boston Globe All-Scholastic in 2006...three-time league All-Star in track...set school records in the two mile (9:45) and 5,000 (16:18)...set cross country home course record of 15:19.
