• Won the 4x800m at the ECAC/IC4A Championships (3/9), crossing the line at 7:33.39, the eighth fastest time in program history.

• Ran a 25:14.2 at the Wisconsin Pre-Nationals (10/19), a new personal best in the 8k.
• Placed seventh at the CAA Cross Country Championship (11/1) with a time of 24:59.1 to earn All-CAA Honors.
• Earned a top 100 finish at the Northeast Region Cross Country Championships (11/15), setting a personal of 31:56.6 in the 10k.

• Set a personal best in the mile at the Battle in Beantown (1/20), finishing fourth with a time of 4:04.77
• Earned a gold medal in the 4x800 at the CAA Indoor Championships (2/22-2/23), running a 7:35.74; also earned silver in the 800m with a 1:51.23
• Finished first in the 4x800 at the NEICAAA Indoor Championships (3/1-3/2), setting a school record time of 7:24.38

• Finished second at the Jay Carisella Invitational (4/27) in the 4x400 (3:24.76) and 800m (1:51.01)
• Took fourth in the 1500m at the CAA Outdoor Championships (5/10-5/11), running a 3:48.5

• Took first place at the Suffolk Short Course Classic (9/1), running the 5k in 15:27.8

2022-23:
INDOOR

• Ran the 1- mile with a time of 4:06.43 at the Terrier Classic (1/27)
• Ran the 800m (1:51.12) at the Scarlet and White Invitational (2/4)
• Ran the 1-mile (4:13.77) at the Valentine Invitational (2/11)
• Finished fourth in the 800m (1:51.65) earning five points for the Huskies and won the 4x800m (7:37.31) at the CAA Championships (2/23)

• Ran a personal-best time of 3:47.44 in the 1500m and was second in his heat at the Raleigh Relays (3/23)
• Earned third place in the 1500m with a time of 3:49.30 and a fifth-place finish (1:53.16) in the 800m at the Duke Invitational (4/7-4/8)
• Finished in the top-20 in the1-mile (4:07.85) at the Friar Invitational (4/14)
• Earned the bronze medal in the 4x400m with a time of 3:18.49 and placed fifth in the 1500m (3:46.41) at the CAA Championships (5/6)

CROSS COUNTRY

• Ran a 25:22 time and finished 18th at the New England Cross Country Championships on an 8K course (10/8)
• Placed 22nd at the CAA Championships with an 8K time of 25:41.3 (10/28), helping the Huskies to a second-place finish.

2021-22:
OUTDOOR

• Finished sixth in the 600 meter (1:20.36) at the Spring Break Classic (3/18-3/19)
• Recorded a personal-best time in the 1,500 meters (3:48.65) and finished 28th in the 800 meters (1:52.63) at the Raleigh Relays (3/24-3/26)
• Ran a fourth-place time of 1:52.36 in the 800 meters at the Minuteman Invitational (4/3)
• Finished 19th in the mile with ninth-best outdoor time in school history (4:11.63) at the Friar Invitational (4/8)
• Finished 29th in the 800 meters (1:52.38) at the Virginia Challenge (4/22-4/23)
• Placed fourth in the 800 meters (1:52.01) and the 4x400m relay (3:24.10) at the UMass Outdoor Invite (4/30)
• Finished fourth in the 1,500 meters (3:50.65) at the CAA Championships (5/6-5/7)
• Placed third in the 4x800m relay with the second-best outdoor time in school history (7:28.69) and fourth in the 800 meters (1:50.63, PB) at the IC4A/ECAC Championships (5/14-5/15)

INDOOR

• Ran a time of 8:41.64 in the 3,000 meters at the BU Indoor Opener (12/4)
• Finished eighth in the 1,000 meters with a time of 2:30.79 and won the 4x800m relay at the URI Invitational (1/15)
• Recorded a time of 4:12.22  to finish 16th in the mile at the Battle in Beantown (1/22)
• Placed second in the 1,000 meters with the fifth-best time in school history (2:22.94, PB) at the John Thomas Terrier Classic (1/30)
• Ran a personal-best time of 4:06.34 in the mile at the David Hemery Valentine Invite (2/12)
• Competed in the DMR (9:39.63) at the Alex Wilson Invitational (2/19)
• Finished 18th in the 800 meter with a personal-best time of 1:50.95 at the BU Last Chance Meet (2/27)
• Placed third in the 1,000 meters (2:23.38) at the ECAC/IC4A Championships (3/4-3/6)

CROSS COUNTRY

• Placed eighth with a personal-best time of 15:27.70 in the 5K at the Shawn M. Nassaney Race (9/11)
• Ran a career-best time of 26:46.60 in the 8K at the Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown (9/24)
• Finished 22nd at the CAA Championships with a personal-best time of 26:21.30 in the 8k (10/30)

2020-21:
OUTDOOR

• Ran a personal-best time of 1:55.75 to place second in the 800 meter at the UMass Amherst Tri Meet (4/3)
• Finished third in the 1500 meters with a time of 3:58.79 at the UConn Northeast Invitational (5/23-24)
• Placed second with a time of 3:50.43 in the 1500 meter run to earn All-CAA honors at the CAA Championships (4/30-5/1)
• Set a personal best in the 1500 meter run at the IC4A/ECAC Outdoor Track Championships with a time of 3:50.40, the third fastest in the CAA this season (5/14-16)

INDOOR

• Placed sixth in the 3000 meters and set a personal best of 8:50.15 at the Army vs. Northeastern Dual Meet (1/30)

CROSS COUNTRY

• Ran a time of 26:28.20 in the 8k race at the CAA Cross Country Championship (3/5)
