Biography

2013-14: Played in the third period and overtime at Dartmouth in the consolation game of the Ledyard National Bank Classic (Dec. 30), making five saves.

2012-13: Started eight games and appeared in 12 contests overall in 2012-13, both career highs…finished with a 1-7-3 record, including his second career win and his first-ever shutout…led all Husky netminders with a 3.21 goals against average and .908 save percentage…relieved Chris Rawlings for the first time since Feb. 25, 2012 and stopped 18-of-19 shots despite picking up the loss in 32:42 minutes of work at New Hampshire (Oct. 26)…Recorded his first-career shutout with a career-best 44-save performance in his first start since Jan. 10, 2010 against New Hampshire (Oct. 27)…picked up his first collegiate honor after his shutout performance and was named Hockey East Co-Defensive Player of the Week (Oct. 28)…earned his second-consecutive start and stopped 27 shots in a 5-2 setback against Merrimack (Nov. 2)…started his third game of the season and stopped 22-of-25 shots in a loss at Vermont (Nov. 18)…started his fourth game of the season against St. Lawrence (Nov. 23), marking a career-high, and stopped 34-of-39 shots in a loss…stopped 12-of-15 shots in 31:08 minutes of relief duty against Boston College (Jan. 19)…earned his fifth start of the season and steered away 41-of-45 shots in a 4-4 draw against UMass Lowell (Jan. 25)…stopped 33 shots in a 5-4 overtime setback at UMass Lowell (Jan. 26)…started his seventh game of the season and turned aside 26-of-28 shots in a 3-1 setback against Vermont (Feb. 16)…started the third period at UMass and ended up earning his second-career victory in overtime via seven stops at Massachusetts (Feb. 19), marking his first victory since Dec. 5, 2009…posted 28 saves on 34 shots in a 6-2 loss at Providence (Feb. 22)…came in to relieve Chris Rawlings and earned 39:48 minutes of work and stopped all 34 shots to help Northeastern to a 4-4 draw at Maine (March 2)

2011-12: Made his first appearance since freshman season and stopped all four shots faced against Maine (Feb. 25).

2010-11: Did not see any action 2010-11.

2009-10: Relieved Chris Rawlings in the latter part of the second period and made three saves at Vermont (1/16/10)…Made 20 saves in his third-career start against Massachusetts…Turned away 10 shots in 21:57 at Maine, making his third-consecutive appearance in net…Attained his first-collegiate victory by turning away 24 shots in a 2-1 win over Merrimack (12/5/09)…Earned his first-career start and made 14 saves in a 3-1 loss at Merrimack (12/4/09).

Before NU: Played the 2008-09 season with the Portage Terriers of the Manitoba Junior Hockey League...backstopped the team to the Turnbull Cup title...won 48 games and posted a 2.40 GAA and a .925 save-percentage...played in the MJHL All-Star game and named playoff MVP...won BCHL championship with the Penticton Vees in 2007-08, winning 10 games.

Personal: Born July 7, 1988...graduated from Valley High School, where he played cornerback on the football team and sprinted for the track team for three years...enjoys playing the guitar and working out...plans to major in History...Class of 2013.
