2011-12: Skated in 17 games as a sophomore and had season cut short due to injury…totaled career highs with nine goals, six assists and 15 points…led the Huskies with a plus/minus rating of +11 and posted a team-best shooting percentage of .220…tied for the team lead with a pair of game-winning goals…tallied his first goal of the season at Boston College (Nov. 11)…registered his first-career game-winning goal at Providence (Nov. 18)…earned his first assist of the season on Steve Quailer’s goal against Vermont (Nov. 19)…tallied his first-career two-point game with a pair of goals, including his second game-winner in three games at Michigan (Nov. 25)…reaped Northeastern’s second-straight Hockey East Athletic Republic Player of the Week award on Nov. 25 for his performance at Michigan…put together a career-best four-game point streak with his first-career three-point performance, including a goal and two assists at Notre Dame (Dec. 2)…assisted on Anthony Bitetto’s goal against UMass Lowell (Dec. 10)…assembled his first-career assist streak with a helper on Braden Pimm’s second goal against Princeton (Dec. 30)…tallied Northeastern’s first hat trick since Ryan Ginand (Jan. 24, 2009) and finished with four points, matching a season best for the Huskies, at Vermont (Jan. 27)…netted an empty-net goal at Vermont (Jan. 28).

2010-11: Played in 34-of-38 games as a freshman at forward…totaled four goals and three assists along with two power play goals…accrued 38 penalty minutes (19-38)…scored his first collegiate goal on the power play in his first game as a Husky and attempted four shots at Providence (Oct. 8)…registered his first-career assist on Braden Pimm’s goal at Boston University (Dec. 8)…netted his second goal of the season against New Hampshire (Feb. 26)…registered his first-career point streak with a goal in his second-straight game against Boston University (March 4)…tallied his first collegiate playoff point with a power play goal at Boston University (March 13)…earned his first postseason assists on Garrett Vermeersch’s power play goal against Boston College (March 18)

Before NU: Drafted in the fifth round (127th overall) by the San Jose Sharks in the 2010 NHL Entry Draft...four-year varsity member of The Governor’s Academy men’s hockey program…named team captain as a senior and tallied 40 points en route to earning First Team All-ISL (Independent School League) honors…switched to defense as a junior and tallied 17 points from the blue line…as a sophomore, he submitted 29 points and in his first season, logged 12 points at the forward position…also was a four-year varsity member of The Governor’s Academy baseball team…reaped All-ISL honors as a senior and was award the club’s Most Valuable Player honor in 2010…captain the team as a junior and senior.

Personal: Born Dec. 19, 1991...graduated from The Governor’s Academy...brother, Benn, played at Boston College from 2005-09 and was originally selected by the Phoenix Coyotes in the 2006 Draft (seventh round – 196th overall) but was then signed as a free agent by San Jose in September 2009…aspires to play professional hockey...Class of 2014.
