Madigan on Cecere: Garrett went to Colorado College, and when he first arrived there was a coaching change and having spent the year there realized it wasn’t the right fit for him and went back to junior hockey. He's someone who has two years of eligibility remaining, and our coaching staff has always liked him as a player. He’s a little bit smaller as a defenseman in a 5’8’’ frame, but he’s a real good skater with great edges, he’s smart and can break you out of your own zone, and has a good stick.
