• Sat in the four seat in the second varsity eight that was victorious over BU, crossing the line at 5:55.2, a little over three seconds ahead of the Terriers. (4/1)
• Sat in the four seat in the second varsity eight that beat Stanford on the final day of the Pac-12 Invitational, crossing the line at 5:51.2. (4/9)
• Sat in the bow in the second varsity eight vs. Harvard, crossing the line at 5:44.9 (4/29)
• Sat in the bow in the second varsity eight that knocked off Wisconsin, crossing the line 3.1 seconds ahead of the Badgers at 5:46.6 (4/30)
• Sat in the bow in the second varsity eight that finished second in the petite final at Eastern Sprints, crossing the line at 5:46.092 (5/14)

Before NU: Rowed for eight seasons at Simbury High under Head Coach Ann Carabillo, was captain for one year and sat on the port side...Also rowed for eight seasons at Bates College under Head Coach Peter Stennstra, was captain for two years and sat on the port and starboard side...Rowed for Riverside Boat Club in summer 2021 and placed second at club nationals...Rowed for Riverfront Recapture in summer 2022 and placed third at club nationals...Was Connecticut public school state champions in 2015, 2017, 2018, and NESCAC champions in 2019...Was named an IRCA All-American in 2021 and 2022...

Personal: Has two siblings, Daniel and David Sparks...Was born in Hartford, CT...Daniel is a graduate student at Northeastern, and used to row at Bates College...
