Jordan Koduah

Koduah joined the Huskies' staff in 2025 after serving as a player development coach at Oakwood Soccer Club from August 2022 to February 2025, where he was head coach for multiple youth teams including the 2012B NAL and 2015B Pre-MLS Next squads. During his time with Oakwood, Koduah demonstrated exceptional leadership skills while developing young talent in Connecticut's premier soccer development program.

Prior to his time at Oakwood, Koduah brings valuable Division I playing experience, having competed at the University of Hartford (2018-2021) and University of Rhode Island (2021-2022). As a graduate student at URI, Koduah appeared and started in 30 of 31 games during his time as a Ram. During his undergraduate career at Hartford, Koduah helped the Hawks post 12 shutouts over three seasons (2018-20), combining for 24 starts in 33 games played. He was instrumental in leading Hartford to the America East championship game in 2019 and was recognized as an America East Commissioner's Honor Roll student for maintaining a GPA above 3.50.

Koduah is also co-founder of NextPlay Training LLC, an individual and small group soccer training company launched in December 2024. The company recently partnered with Project GOAL Inc. to give back to the community in a meaningful way.

A native of Windsor, Connecticut, Koduah earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Insurance from the University of Hartford in 2021 before completing his MBA at the University of Rhode Island in 2022. He holds both Grassroots 4v4 and 7v7 In-Person Coaching Licenses from the U.S. Soccer Federation, which he obtained in March 2024.
