CAA All-Rookie Team (2024)

2024:

  • Freshman season - appeared in all 16 games, starting 14 of them
  • Notched a team-high 4 assists in 1224 minutes played
  • Nine appearances were full 90-minute efforts, and three of those were shutouts for NU
  • All-Rookie Team selection


BEFORE NORTHEASTERN: Played club soccer with the Toronto FC Academy (U10 - U19)... Captained the U19. Played with Toronto FC II squad and trained with the Toronto FC first team... Captained and helped lead his team to the League 1 Ontario Championship in 2024... Named MVP and Midfielder of the Year and All-Start 1st team  League 1 Ontario... Named All-Star team in the 2022 Canada Games...

PERSONAL: Son of Sabrina and Ted Kang...From Toronto, Ontario, Canada... attended Northview Heights Secondary School... Majoring in Business Administration and Data Science

FAVORITE MEMORY: Winning the League 1 Ontario Championship in 2024 and achieving silver in the 2022 Canada Games.
