Before NU: Played four seasons for the Wolmer’s Boys School under coaches Ludlow Bernard and Alex Thomas … With the Under-19 team in 2014, scored 11 goals in nine games after winning back-to-back Under-19 knockout competition championships, back to back all island Under-16 championships, and one Under-14 all-island championship … Won the O.G Brown Prize for Good Sportsmanship in 2014 … Led his team in scoring for three straight seasons from 2012 to 2014, and was named Team MVP in 2011 and 2013.
 
Personal: Khori Bennett … Son of Everton and Jacqueline Bennett … Has one sibling, Jhenae … Intends to major in sports medicine … Class of 2019.
 
Ainscough on Bennett: Khori just came on as a freshman from Jamaica, and plays up in the front either wide or centrally. Athletically, I think he was the 110-meter hurdle champion in Jamaica, which shows his athleticism. He’s somebody who we think really highly of and is really going to help us over these next couple of years to really push the likes of Frantzdy Pierrot and Harry Swartz for time in that part of the field.
