2025-26
OUTDOOR
- Championed the 4x100m relay (40.04) at the UConn Dog Fight (4/4)
- Placed first in the 4x100m relay (40.18) and fourth in the 200m (21.09) at the Hurricane Alumni Invitational (4/10)
- Earned first in the 4x100m relay (40.38) and second in the 200m (21.28) at the UConn Northeast Challenge (4/17)
- Placed first in both the 200m (21.34) and the 4x100m relay (40.28) at the Jay Carisella and Joe Donahue Invite in a time of 8:41.13 (5/2)
- Apart of the 4x100m relay team and placed second in 39.84 as well as earned a silver in the 200m (20.87) at the CAA Championships (5/15-16)
INDOOR
- Placed third in the 4x400m (3:16.35) at BU Scarlet and White (1/24)
- Championed the 60m and ran a personal best of 6.79 and placed second in the 200m in 21.13 at the Riverhawk Invitational (2/6)
- Finished fifth in the 4x400m, combining for a time of 3:14.83 at the IC4A/ECAC Championships (2/7)
- Earned a bronze medal in the 4x400m relay in 3:15.29 at the CAA Indoor Championships (2/22)
2024-25
OUTDOOR
- Won the 4x100 (40.21) and earned second in the 100m (10.49) and 4x400 (3:15.20) at the UConn Dog Fight (4/4)
- Set a school record in the 200m (20.75) and a personal best in the 100m (10.45) at the South Florida Invitational (4/11-4/12)
- Earned gold in the 4x100 (39.53) to break a school record and earned bronze in the 200m (21.45) at the CAA Outdoor Championships (5/13-5/14)
INDOOR
- Clocked a 33.67 for third in the 300m at the Joe Donahue Games (12/8), a personal best
- Set two personal best and top ten times at the Battle in Beantown (1/18). Opened with a win and the fastest 200m in program history (21.13), and added another win in the 60m (6.81) for the sixth fastest time in program history
- Took second in the 200m (21.22) at the Eagle Elite Invitational (2/14)
- Collected three top five finishes in the 60m (6.85), 200m (21.17), and 4x400 (3:18.06) at the CAA Indoor Championships (2/26)
- Ran a 47.82 in the 400m at the ECAC/IC4A Championships (3/7-3/9), the eighth fastest time in program history
2023-24
INDOOR
- Finished third in the 4x400 at the Joe Donahue Games (12/8) with a time of 3:23.21
- Ran a 3:13.98 in the 4x400 at the Battle in Beantown (1/20) for second place
- Clocked a 22.03 in 200m at the Giegengack Invitational (2/10), finishing in fourth
- Earned bronze in the 4x400 at the CAA Indoor Championships (2/22-2/23) after running a 3:14.16
OUTDOOR
- Finished second in the 200m at the UConn Dog Fight (3/30) after running a 21.60
- Recorded a 41.29 in the 4x100 at the UConn Northeast Challenge (4/12-4/13) for third
- Set a personal best of 10.79 in the 100m at the CAA Outdoor Championships (5/10-5/11)
Before Northeastern: Ran for Providence Day School for four years ... ran for South Charlotte Track Club for three years ... Was named an All-American in the 200m and 100m after the junior Olympics ... won the 4x400 Penn Relays independent section ... 200m North Carolina state champion.
Personal: Parents are Karl and Jennifer Williams ... has one sister, Paulina ... majoring in business.
