- Set personal bests in the 100m (11.00) and 400m hurdles (56.42) at the UConn Dog Fight (4/4)
- Took third in the 400m with a time of 49.19 at the Jay Carisella (5/3)
- Finished sixth in the 4x400 (3:13.80) at the CAA Outdoor Championships (5/13-5/14)
INDOOR
- Won the 400m race at the Battle in Beantown (1/18), running a 48.41.
- At the CAA Indoor Championships (2/25-2/26), he finished fourth in the DMR (10:07.26) and fifth in the 4x400 (3:18.06)
- Earned a podium place at the ECAC/IC4A Championships (3/9), running a 1:03.99 in the 500m.
2023-24
OUTDOOR
- Set personal bests in the 200m (21.66) and 400m (47.55) at the UCF Knights Invite (3/22-3/23)
- Second place in the 400m at the UMass Flagship Opener (4/7) with a time of 48.70
- Wins in the 400m (48.19), 4x100 (42.22) and 4x400 (3:12.79) at the Jay Carisella Invitational (4/27)
- Earned silver at the CAA Outdoor Championships (5/10-5/11), running a 3:09.89 in the 4x400
INDOOR
- Finished second, set a personal best and clocked the fourth fastest 500m in program history at the UMass Flagship Indoor Invitational (1/14) with a time of 1:02.87
- Set personal bests in the 60m (7.16) and 300m (34.26) at the Battle in Beantown (1/20)
- Won the 400m at the Geigengack Invitational, running a 48.49
- Won gold in the DMR (9:57.17) and bronze in the 4x400 (3:14.16) at the CAA Indoor Championships (2/25-2/26)
Before Northeastern: Ran for three years at Malden High ... Ran for one season with Cambridge Jets ... Massachusetts state champion in the 400 meters ... Adidas Nationals 200 meter and 400 meter All-American ... set nine school records.

Why Northeastern? Because it was my best academic option and a good space for me to grow and develop.
